Lost Property in Brighton

Wanted

Find J E of L M, WALES

Why?

JE lost his WALLET at Brighton Pride, overnight, 3/4 AUG

1
Contents included RAILWAY TICKET, credit cards, driving licence
2
Found at 4 am, when I had had a long day.
3
Did a few searches, and posts, then slept.
4
Later in day, I contacted banks.
5
Successfully returned to JE in 12 hours.
6
Contacting banks - to report found cards - works,
but give more than one contact method.
I like to email an contact details image I created,
as that reduces the likelihood of error,
but banks do not offer an email address to do that,
and their staff are fallible.

Method

How I got it back to JE

1
I did a Twitter search 'Forename Surname' -
found JE immediately, confirmed by photo on driving licence.
2
As his Twitter was locked, and looked dormant
and a request to follow would take time,
and may not be seen.
3
I did a Twitter search of @HisTwitterUsername
4
I messaged the 5 most recent people ( all several years back ).
One replied, but was not in contact.
5
I searched the name and address on the driving licence,
and Google gave a 192.com page.
This showed a brother, and a mother or sister ( presumably ) at the same address.
On principle, I never pay an arm and a leg for a phone number.
6
Sadly, the brother's Twitter was also dormant,
and his Facebook I cannot access,
as FB lock me out.
This is because the name I first used - Zen Standfast4Truth -
they objected to after a decade of use.
I changed it to - Zen Standfast - for 2 or 3 years,
then they demanded my birth name,
and I stopped posting, as my username sums up my function in life,
whereas my 'real' name was trashed by a vicious coverup of government crime.
that both bankrupted and criminalised me,
destroying my business, and family relationships, through lies.
The lengths police go to,
to protect crooks within government, and the hangers-on.
7
I contacted American Express and HSBC.
The HSBC person spoke poor heavily accented English,
and had serious difficulty taking down my mobile number.
After 3 or 4 attempts,
I added my email address as insurance.
This was fortunate,
as when HSBC contacted JE,
JE received a wrong number,
but the email address was correct.
8
JE sent me an email,
and had his wallet back intact within the hour.
9
Mission accomplished.
10
The Law of Karma - what you put out, comes back.
11
As Twitter messages are limited,
I was in the process of creating this webpage
when JE got in contact,
as it is so much easier
to have all the details available on one link.
having started,
it seemed sensible to finish it, ready for the next thing I find.
12
CommonZense suggests
that we need a far better, far simpler lost property solution
than that offered by Westminster.
